What we need from you (to source properly)
If you want good candidates, give a good brief. Here’s the minimum information to start a search.
Role basics
- Role title + description
- Region / location (and remote/hybrid rules)
- Channel (call centre, field sales, branch, etc.)
- Salary structure / commission model (even “from”)
Appointment requirements
- Required RE status (RE5 completed / in progress / not required)
- Product scope / Class of Business requirements
- Experience level required
- Any non-negotiables (licensing, transport, shift hours)
Time-saving note: If you don’t want to include salary info publicly, include it privately in your enquiry.
It improves candidate fit immediately.
