We are seeking driven individuals with a strong background in insurance or telephone-based sales. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to leads to promote and sell insurance products
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
- Accurately update and maintain client records
- Follow scripts and comply with all relevant regulatory and company guidelines
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar sales or insurance call center role
- Clean background checks: DOFA, Debarment, and MIE screening required
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) minimum
- RE5 qualification (PREFERRED but not mandatory)
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and MS Office
- Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills
- Proven ability to meet targets in a high-pressure sales environment

Contract Details
- 3-month fixed-term contract
- Full-time, office-based role
- Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Shift work may be required depending on campaign needs
